Lennar at Acadia Landing

Bought and lived here for a little over a year. Salesperson Ashley, very nice. HOA property management and landscape company have both had to be changed due to difficulty with both. The front stone on the front of my house is falling off. My refrigerator is literally falling apart and warranty people so inept that I had to pay for replacement parts because the 20 calls they never answer or respond to took so long, they didn't service for 2 months and my 1 year warranty expired. My dishwasher has been not functioning more than it has. 3 times a 14 month old dishwasher has broken. Same problem with Same warranty people. The development of sussex county needs to stop. There’s too many houses and the natural beauty of slower lower Delaware is disappearing. Soon it will no longer be beautiful fields and trees but cookie cutter houses.

Made settlement and next day irrigation pipe behind house is busted and flooding but no one will help. Lennar construction says is HOA and HOA is horrible to reach then say they don’t know who we are. Also apparently don’t get mail in the mail is have to drive somewhere. Ridiculous- HOA wanted payment right away but can’t help with the flood behind my house. Once they get your money they are absent…

Been there twice and there is no one there. Models are locked and no salesperson in sight. Guess they don’t really care if they sell homes or not. That’s ok, there are several others builders right down the road.

These homes are very poorly made. They didn't even make sure the models were in tip top shape. All corners of the molding were separated or cracked. The workmanship was very shoddy.
