The owners of LeNak Company clearly care about building quality homes. I was passing by and visited one of their new homes recently while the framing was still visible. Ken happened to be there, and he welcomed any questions I had. Having 30 plus years experience as a remodeler, I know good work when I see it. I would trust Ken and his team to build my next house.

We just closed on our home last week after 18 long months. Although the pandemic, supply and labor shortages were to be expected, we did not expect a total lack of communication, delays as a direct result of business mismanagement and general gaslighting. If you consider signing a contract with LeNak, we urge you to get every detail in writing up front. Otherwise expect thousands of dollars to be charged after the fact, with no prices up front. We have given them two stars only because we love our house. But LeNak was a nightmare. If you'd like to seek more information, you can speak with any of the owners from the Woodville Road project.
