LeMans At Lawndale Apartments

Viewed a tour today. It really would’ve been my fit if it wasn’t for them saying that they can’t accept past evictions & as well calling up your past rental company for history. Will look at my other options. But they are nice apartments & the size is good

We have lived here since July 2019. Overall, we have been truly satisfied. The first mgr (Debbie) was awesome but went on to other endeavors shortly after we moved in. Then the pandemic happened (ugh). Under the new mgr (Stacie), it's be great. I appreciate how a lot of effort is put in to making sure the landscape is kept, the entryways/complex are maintained, and there's fun activities being introduced. I love that maintenance is always prompt and works to resolve issues quickly. Having pest control service is a plus as well (don't have many issues with bugs). Also, I love that we can always address concerns or suspicious activity confidentially and it will be acknowledged for resolution. We are close to nice shopping areas and restaurants. This place is absolutely horrible. It is not clean and the management sucks. Upon move out they charged me over $300 for a “carpet stain” that could not be removed. They charged for pest control and you’ll see pest control probably 2 times every two years. No one ever knows what’s going on in the management office and I rather live on the streets than live in this terrible complex. Someone got shot over there and they refuse to have cameras or anything. They refuse to fix the parking lots and refuse to do anything about the problems in the apartment. Absolutely the worst place that I have ever lived. But my neighbors were nice.

I’ve been here almost a year and I have not had any issues. Anytime I need maintenance they make it a priority to fix it in a timely manner and if they are not able to come at that moment they do communicate. I’m also enjoying the new washer and dryers. Stacie knows her residents and she makes sure that if there are any issues don’t hesitate to call her.

I just signed a lease for my 5th year here. I have neighbors who have been here longer than me. Issues are taken care of in a timely. fashion. Bryan is great. Since Stacie has come on board, communication has become top-notch!
