LeMans Apartments At Sebring

They used to be very good about maintenance, but they don’t have any sense of urgency anymore. The apartments are nice, great location, but I get a sense that they aren’t spraying for bugs (mosquitos and ants are everywhere) and are putting less efforts into lawn maintenance. And when I have a considerable issues “we’ll be there tomorrow”, and it’s been like a week. I loved this place and I hope there are some improvements in the future. I really don’t want to leave, but it irks me that my rent was raised and the quality dropped. I will change my review when I see improvement.

This is the best value apartment and safest neighborhood you can get in Sebring. The new management is great and always fulfills maintenance requests immediately. They allow pets and the other tenants are very friendly. I never had a problem with noise, the walls are thick. The only con I can think of is there is no overhead light in the living room and bedroom, but there are fans. The apartments are located directly across Lake Jackson which makes for a lovely walk in the mornings/evenings. I would definitely recommend moving here!

I have been searching for a place to rent so I had been trying to see a unit and the manager is never in the office. This morning 12/20/2022 I had stopped by at 9:30 and the office was closed. I called the number for the manager and she said they were in town and won't be open till 10:30. I left and came back at 12:45 and the office is closed for lunch till 3:00. The corporate office needs to change managers. I had drove around the parking lot and there were signs that say no dumping. There were bed mattresses lying on the ground. The managers do not know how to manage.

Very quiet and peaceful place to reside. Staff is always available makes residents feel very SAFE and secure. Welcoming all ages in a very friendly family community.
