Their slogan is “the property management company that you don’t have to manage” but it couldn’t be farther from the truth. This is a property management company that you do absolutely have to manage. They cover a wide range of things you have to deal with, report, and not get fixed. Rotting siding, collapsing floors, mice infestations, opossums living under the building, rotting wood, you name it. If it can happen to your building, Leland has it and won’t fix it. Let’s say you do report it? Well, the board is going to look into it. They’ll look into it from probably over a year, and it won’t ever get fixed. They will gladly take your $500 a month HOA fee. I love living here in Bridgewater! Our staff here is great. Nancy Gulker and her assistants are always ready to help and listen to our concerns. Nancy who runs our amenity center does an outstanding job in arranging our many activities and guest performers. It is a heavy task and she manages it beautifully!!!

I was asked if I would be willing to volunteer to call our community’s weekly bingo game. I worked with Kay Williams to arrange this opportunity. Kay was very responsive and provided me all the information I needed to fill this need. Kay also checked periodically to address any needs or concerns related to this volunteer opportunity.
