Leisure Village is an extremely poorly run complex. It is 40+ years old and many if not all of the units (1500) are very old and in need of major repairs such as new kitchens, new bathrooms, new windows, new doors, new air conditioners and most importantly the installation of FIRE WALLS between the units. A most recent fire in which 4 units were entirely destroyed bears this out. BEWARE and thoroughly investigate BE$FORE contemplating any purchase.
