Fairfield Townhouses At Ridge

When I lived here I liked the townhouse and the community but when dawn showed me the townhouse it was a gated community. Soon after moving in the front gate was taken apart in march of 2024 and still to this day the gate is still broken when i drive by. The club house gym only had one treadmill that worked. The bike did not work nether does the ellipticals. I did not realize when I moved in the club house does not have a fob to get in. The maintenance man is horrible he would open and close the club house when he felt like it. The club house is empty aside from the equipment in the gym that does not work. No lounge area office space nothing. The patio area outside the club house had a picnic table that was broke down and they never replaced it. Repairs are done when maintenance decides t

My sister in law has lived here a few years, but is moving for her own reasons. Very snug development. 1 or 2 garage w unit. Other parking limited, esp she was in a 3 bedroom, up to 4 cars for her family. It's a modern place, in unit w/d. Fireplace and granite counters.

I absolutely love the apartments , everyone is very friendly but more importantly the leasing manager Dawn is phenomenal. Very organize and will go above and beyond for all her tenants !!
