Worst property management company I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs. Cannot keep employees. We had 9 property managers assigned to our community in 4 years. Complete incompetence. They will be out of business very soon. I would honestly use any other company before utilizing Legum Norman.

Very discontent with this company. Poor management, no management on site, years of neglect, constant increase of HOA, takes weeks/months for any maintenance issues to resolve. Bellow are pictures of the deterioration and filthiness of some of the common areas.

I am writing to praise the work of Tina Davis our L & N onsite contact at Champions Club in Magnolia, DE. All of my frequent requests for her service have always resulted in excellent service. In the past week she fulfilled a requested mailing to the community after supporting our Board prior to and after the annual HOA meeting. She did this knowing she would be off the next day. She is always pleasant and thoroughly effective. Our community could not operate without her.

Tina Davis has been at Champions' Club homes for sometime now, but my wife and I have been here for 18 years in November. During that time we've worked with many other folks in her position. But Tina has been the best, by far. She's always been helpful in every situation we've requested for guidance, clarity, and understanding. And she does it in a calm, thoughtful manner. She is the "face" of Champions' Club and we are very glad she's here.

I have been working with Michele Gould for a number of years and she is a huge asset to our HOA board. She assists us in any way that she can. She is very patient with us and gives us good solid suggestions as to what we should do for the betterment of our community. She is very knowledgeable and what she doesn’t know she will find out. Legum and Norman you have a very valuable employee!!!
