Legends at Azalea

We moved to Legends at Azalea in Summerville, SC over 7 years ago and love it! The town homes are spaciously designed with high ceilings and current decor. The landscape design is unique for the area featuring mature trees and beautiful plantings and a wonderful club house with a pool which fits into its surroundings. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

I just wanted to take a moment to share how incredible Jaclyn is. As a long time resident since the beginning, Jaclyn is the main reason I’ve continued renewing my lease since the changes over the years. She is truly the reason residents like me continue renewing our leases year after year. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond make such a difference in the day-to-day experience of living here. Jaclyn consistently handles every situation with patience and care, and she treats residents like people — not just apartment numbers. This property wouldn’t feel the same without her. She’s the kind of leasing consultant every community hopes to have, and I honestly don’t know how she hasn’t been promoted to our manager yet, especially with the need for stronger lea

PLEASE CONSIDER speaking with current residents to get an idea of what it’s really like here. Listen carefully and Use your best judgment. Here’s some of what I want to share from my own experiences and my neighbors…… They won’t tell you these things of course…….but there are no security cameras, so when things have occurred they've told residents they are not responsible for any break ins or thefts, or any disturbances. Numerous packages stolen, cars broken into and patio balcony screens cut and personal item removed. They sent out an email and instructed residents to lock doors and in the case of missing deliveries, to make sure your home when expecting deliveries. They’ve also said to residents they aren’t responsible for stolen packages which is understandable but then no police were c

My wife and I have lived in this community for about 2 years and we could NOT be happier. The community is very friendly and welcoming, the staff here is professional and they go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. The response speed and quality to service tickets gives you peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, they can handle it or at least get you an answer quickly. Yes, you pay a bit more then the other complexes to live in this community, but it's gated, safe, and always active; well worth the price. If you're new to the area or just need a change of pace and don't mind apartment living, Legends at Azalea is the place to be.

My wife and I moved to South Carolina and had the exceptional luck to be able to get in at Legends at Azalea. From the moment we got there to take a tour, Miss Jaclyn was just the model of professionalism. She walked us through the whole process of becoming a resident here, everything that they had to offer and all of the amenities. I truly believe that the greatest amenity that an entity can possess are the people who work there. All of the staff here are wonderful and have always treated my wife and I with unwavering respect and dignity, something not so common in the north where we are from.
