Signed contract for construction of my home on 11/21/21.Completion time 220 days.Till today 10/4/23 house is no where near completion. Mike won’t see/ answer your calls. Totally unreliable , don’t keep promises. No value of time. Don’t believe in contract terms. Must include a penalty clause on delayed completion in contract, otherwise you will suffer.
Don’t show for appts and if they do they are hours late. Make promises and don’t keep them. Very unreliable! If there were a zero rating, I would give them a zero.
