Legacy West End

V working the front desk on the weekend was so welcoming and helpful. We arrived for our Airbnb stay and we felt so happy to meet her and the other staff working in the front desk. There’s a beautiful fireplace and couches in the lobby to relax in between long days of exploring museums. There’s a rooftop pool but it looked like it needed a little bit of cleanup.

Searched extensively throughout the Georgetown neighborhood for a luxury building with all whistle and bells in a safe area and great walkability and the Legacy West has it all! As a real estate broker for 27 years, I do a lot of due diligence before making a decision on any properties. Especially this apartment is for my daughter, I want to make sure she is in the best care, building and neighborhood. From the moment I walked into the beautiful lobby, I already felt at home. Arielle is honestly one of the kindest people I’ve met in an apartment community office. She really cares about the residents and it completely shows in the way that she treats everyone. She always makes you feel welcomed and she goes out of her way to help, which makes such a huge difference in the community. It’s truly so rare to meet someone who brings so much warmth and positivity to a community. Arielle you are absolutely the best!

I can’t say enough positive about the leasing process here. Both Dan and Arielle were exceptionally accommodating to my individual housing needs - finding ways to make moving here easy. Their warmth, honesty, and professionalism really put me at ease while making the big decision of where to live for the next year.

Our Front Desk Rue is a wonderful representative of the building. She always smiles and makes us tenants appreciate when we arrive home. She makes sure the building is safe and is always available when needed. I have visited different buildings throughout the city and Rue is probably the most professional person that represents her position. If you get a chance to see her and speak to her you will appreciate it because it's not too many professional people, such as her.
