My husband and I lived at Legacy Union Square for 2.5 years and absolutely loved our time there. The apartment itself was beautiful—spacious with tall ceilings, big windows, and more than enough closet and cabinet space for a 2 bed/2 bath. The amenities were great, and the community events were always fun and well-organized! What really made our experience exceptional was the staff. The office and maintenance teams were consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive. Special thanks to Sierra, Cristian, and MarcAnthony for always going above and beyond! Any maintenance requests we submitted were handled quickly and professionally, and the office staff was always accommodating—especially during our move-out process. This property is grossly misrepresented as a luxury, smoke-free community. In reality, management has failed to enforce even the most basic lease policies. For months, there has been a constant and pervasive smell of marijuana throughout the property, despite clear non-smoking rules. Rather than enforcing the lease, management deflects responsibility and pushes the issue elsewhere. The sanitation issues are unacceptable. Dog waste is consistently left throughout common areas, trash and dumpster zones are regularly overflowing, and these conditions are allowed to persist without consequence. This is a clear failure of property management and creates ongoing health and environmental concerns. Safety is also severely neglected. Tessa has been truly incredible this entire process! When we first reached out back in June, she answered all of our questions and helped set up a tour for end of July despite us not being able to move until end of December. We’ve only been here a couple of weeks but everything has been perfect for us moving to FL! Cannot recommend Legacy and Tessa enough during the moving process!

This place is a combination of poor property management and inconsiderate residents. I don't understand how this community has such a high rating. My husband and I were residents for 3 years here. The first two were not bad which was why we renewed our lease for a third. However, we noticed as time went on that the quality of the property management went downhill. This complex used to be very well maintained when we first moved in. Our last year here, that was definitely not the case. The pool was constantly down on and off for maintenance, a ton of the gates (pedestrian and vehicle) were broken, and the landscaping was overgrown most of the time. What is the point of being advertised as a gated community when the gates didn't even work half the time? On top of all that, management does N

I have lived here for 2 years now and nothing seems to change...Gates and fences are broken; fences are missing pickets, doors are wide open; maintenance requests are closed before the repairs are completed to keep their number down; trash is not picked up and sits outside overnight; we get emails about trash sitting outside overnight; and we even have to pay a mandatory fee for the trash service too. My building has a few easements that are missing, who knows what animals are living in the attic, and I let the office know about the issue. It's been over a year since I emailed the office about the situation, and nothing has been done.
