Legacy Place

I just moved into a townhouse at Legacy Place and it has been one of the worst experiences. Right next to us, there is a large construction project going on every single day from 7 AM until 5 PM. The noise is unbearable — hammering, drilling, trucks, nonstop. It is absolutely not possible to live here peacefully. What makes it worse is that management never informed us about this construction before we moved in. Had I known, I would never have signed the lease. It feels very dishonest and unfair to rent out apartments under these conditions. If you value peace and quiet, do not move here. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. What was supposed to be a comfortable new home has turned into a nightmare because of the noise and lack of transparency. Terrible experimce , but no solution. I

I have been a resident here for one year and eight months in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit ($3,350/mo). While the property offers a strategic location, the daily living experience does not currently align with the premium rent. The Pros: Location and Maintenance Effort • Strategic Access: The primary advantage is the proximity to my workplace and seamless access to the NJ Turnpike. The convenience of the commute was the sole reason I chose to renew my lease after the first year despite my reservations. • Responsive Maintenance: To their credit, the maintenance team is professional and prompt. We recently moved in This is a great location...Apartment is beautiful and a very peaceful place to live and nearly everything you need is nearby. Dan & Bradleyhas been wonderful throughout the whole process. Maintenance team were very helpful with are maintenance issues ..Any issues get resolved through their system promptly and it's a straightforward process. They are extremely professional provides great communication made our move in process smooth as ever. Even after moving in they were very attentive to all our needs and requests .. Maintenance is also great always available to help you with a smile making sure everything is well kept and in order.

We recently moved into a two-bedroom at Legacy Place and absolutely love it. Miranda, Elizabeth, and Maria are super nice to work with, very communicative, and incredibly welcoming. The apartment was spotless when we moved in, and the layout and finishes are modern and refreshing. Entering and exiting the building is also very convenient with the Door app. This has been perfect for my husband and I to settle down in.

I live here since April 2024, the overall amenity is nice. New and clean. Maintenance staff is efficient. But the overall management is getting worse. I lived in A1 main building. The mail room is a disaster. My package (over 900 dollar value) got stolen. The property manager promised to take look at the camera to see who stole it. Asked her for many time, never heard it back. Should have called police to file a report at the beginning… Don’t feel safe/comfortable to ship mail here anymore.
