Legacy Palm Gardens

I had such a wonderful experience at Legacy Palm Gardens! Susie and Jesenia were absolutely amazing and helped me every step of the way during my move-in process. She made everything feel seamless and stress-free, and her communication was clear and professional from start to finish. The transition was incredibly smooth, and my apartment is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with my new home. The customer service here truly stands out. Susie went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend Legacy Palm Gardens to anyone looking for a place with great service and a positive move-in experience!

Susana is the best ! From the initial communication all the way to day of move in , she has answered every question promptly ! The property for the price is beautiful and super spacious . If you’re thinking about it , you’re taking too long . These apartments don’t last on the site. Update : it’s been 8 months and we still love the property . The grounds are kept super clean , neighbors are friendly and nice , and management continues to be great . They are now having resident events with food trucks and different things and we love it .

I've been living here in Legado for a year now and I'm going on another, and honestly, it's such a spectacular place to live, from the atmosphere to the management who are always attentive to any situation. The maintenance staff are 10/10!! And well, today is February 27th and they had a food truck event for everyone and it was spectacular!!! Honestly, everything was 10/10!! Highly recommended because this place truly is a peaceful and welcoming environment for every family that decides to come and live here.

I'm very happy living here. The apartments are very spacious, and my decor looks beautiful. The condo is super quiet and safe. I recommend this place to live, the people at the office are very friendly.

I am writing a complaint regarding the ongoing lack of communication, unprofessional conduct, and unacceptable customer service provided by the office staff at Legacy Palm Gardens Apartments. Very poor customer service for current residents. The office rarely answers the phone, employees are unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Legitimate concerns are ignored, and communication is extremely difficult. Once you are already renting here, the level of professionalism and support is unacceptable. Management allows employees to continue providing terrible service without accountability, which makes living here extremely frustrating. This situation has created an environment that feels hostile, unprofessional, and unsafe for residents. I am requesting that this matter be taken s
