Legacy North Pointe Apartments

I miss spoke im living in hell and only been in here not even a month. Emails semt this morning we shall see. Update 8/3/25 I got to speak to the maintenance supervisor, he validated what I was feeling and what I was going through within my apartment. He agreed and acknowledged that the past requests were not handled properly. I truly appreciate him. He is gonna go back and fix these things. I just cant wait to be comfortable again in my home. I will be changing my 1 star to a 5 star. The supervisor for maintenance is truly a great guy.

Mike front desk literally perfect! I had maintenance issues which lead to maintenance fixing and made the issue worse. My carpet flooded due to the ac not being fixed properly! I was without ac often !Maintenance man who wears a gold grill to work everyday with wicks is terrible he will continue to inform tenants that he is the manager without actually managing his work correctly! Maintenance man with longer dreads wonderful guy he communicates with respect and very helpful. Bigger maintenance man kinda buff he likes to throw his weight around as though he should be “feared” not much interaction with him. He comes around when it’s time to intimated tenants. I toured here recently and was super impressed with our leasing consultant Michael. He was super helpful and worked hard to make sure our move in was as smooth as possible. Pictures don’t do the property justice it’s well maintained and has lots of options.

I was assisted by Michael Lilly during my search for an apartment. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable about all of my rental options. Great attitude and more than willing to take the time to answer any questions that I had. Overall great very pleased with the experience. Would rate 5 out of 5 stars.

DO not live here. Over priced and dirty. All of the appliances are old and the units are extremely outdated. Some of the units dont even have matching color appliances. There are other complexes that wont charge you 45+ dollars to rent old and used washer and dryer. I would suggest living else wear. The property manager has the worst attitude and won't even tell you her name on the phone. She just reads off a script or makes the other employees take responsibility. There are nicer and cheaper apartments in North Raleigh. BEWARE!
