Rented with the company for 2 years. Most of which was okay until things weren't okay. Biggest problem, the basement to the house that we were renting flooding twice in 2 years. First time happened about 6 months in our first year. Maintenance came out we pointed everything out that got damaged from the flood like the carpet, drywall, and doors. Water was extracted and the dehumidifier and heater ran to dry everything out. The doors swelled out and rubbed the carpet. I advised all these damages and none of which were address the first flood. Fast forward about 10 months Feb 2025 flood happens again. The maintenance guy comes out and pulls the sump pump says the level is seized and not working properly and has looked to be bad for quite some time. Back up pump was completely fried. We voice

We’ve rented with Legacy for nearly two years. The first year, maintenance requests were handled fairly promptly. Within the past year, however, getting anything done has been like pulling teeth. The laminate has been pulling apart since we moved in, and Savannah said she’d have flooring people come out. They did, only to inform us that the laminate couldn’t be repaired and would have to be replaced. When the laminate further deteriorated within the past year, I sent Savannah pictures to document the poor state, and she said she’d have a flooring company come out; they never did. Our gutters in the back yard drain into the yard—they would fail a home inspection. Our yard is pure mud that the dogs track into the house all day, every day. Mainly two stars for the most important reason: money. I figured this would happen, however I am still shocked it did. Never missed a payment and always paid on time. The security deposit was almost cut completely down due to reasons that were there when we moved in. House was not in good shape, old and outdated which forced us to repair because we knew they would blame us. A fence was damaged when we moved in and it’s only about a $100 Max fix at best but they charged us $400 dollars for a fix. We have no way to prove that it wasn’t but we had to cover the hole for my dog anyway and we weren’t going to fix anymore. I will say they do get necessary stuff fixed quick(a door we got charged for was clearly not one of them). Our AC was old and outdated and didn’t work. Took 4 visits by special

Unprofessional and unhelpful. Do not rent with this company. I complained about a property we rented and tried to work out a solution with Legacy because Aspen Pines gave us the run around. Our entire move out process violated every KY law that is supposed to protect renters; providing documentation that the renter is required to sign with the landlord, including any disputed damage, allowing us to walk through to inspect damage and providing a copy of the pre-move in inspection, and none of that happened. And in KY, you can't charge for normal wear and tear. All I wanted was them to follow the law to allow us to have the opportunity to do a walk-through dispute the charges. Because Aspen Pines has refused every request to do this, I contacted Legacy yet again today. Now I'm hearing
