Devou Village Apartments

I love living at Devou Village apartment just signed my 10th year lease. The wooded area surrounding the area bring the beautiful deer and different types of birds in the morning. Nice community. Plenty of parking. Landscape is well maintained. The brick buildings are cooler.

We've been very disappointed with the maintenance and management at this property. While the new management has made some cosmetic updates, the underlying infrastructure is neglected and in poor condition. We've had significant issues with black mold in our bathroom. The first time, maintenance simply painted over it and blamed it on our shower curtain. We replaced the curtain, but the mold has since returned, and our maintenance requests are now being ignored. We also had a persistent ceiling leak in our bathroom that took four separate attempts to fix. Each time, they would perform a temporary patch job with a different explanation of the cause of the leak, only for the leak to reappear. The old and inefficient equipment, like the AC condensers, also leads to extremely high utility bills

I love living here! The rent is affordable, the apartments are nice & spacious, and the neighbors are friendly & respectful. It's me & my spouse's first home together and once we move to a bigger place, we hope to move into one of the townhomes owned by the same company that manages Devou Village! I 100% recommend living here!

Really nice place nice big closet. Downside is it feels like it’s a struggle anytime you need to get anything fixed in your house. And even though it says it comes with a pool in the summer, that pool has only been open for maybe a week this year. And they don’t update you on the progress of it ever being able to be used again for this year. Lol and I feel like they don’t answer emails if you send them but our reasonably priced so that’s why I’m still here

Devou Village Apartments are a great place to call home!! It's a well maintained complex, with lovely landscaping and wooded surroundings. The neighborhood is quiet. There are nice amenities, like a pool, workout room, laundry facilities on every floor. You are conveniently located to restaurants, groceries, shopping and downtown Cincinnati. Check them out and call Devou Village your next home!!
