Legacy at Sedgefield

If i can give this place a zero star review i would. It makes absolutely no sense how they allow things to go here they’ve been under 4 managements since I’ve been here. They have stolen my rent money via money order on 3 different occasions and did not credit me or even a simple apology that they will do something to fix this I’ve been here over a year and you can’t shower without it down pouring in my kitchen. My kitchen has flooded 4 different times with either shower water from the tub upstairs and if the upstairs toilet is leaking you have poop water coming down. Reported this to maintenance just for me to still end up doing their job and for them to tell me “well we don’t see a leak call us if it leaks again” they don’t follow up. Under new management! Ernest is awesome!! The plumbing issue has been fixed, he’s working on getting the pool up and running, he had the parking lot paved, the landscaping is great bushes are rounded etc. He is doing a Halloween contest on who has the best door if you win you win a price a lot of the tenants are participating. The apartment complex looks so much better so glad he’s there.

I am extremely disappointed with the new management (Anya). Since the transition, communication has declined significantly and ongoing issues are either ignored or poorly handled. What was once a peaceful and well-managed environment has become stressful and frustrating. Concerns are not addressed in a timely or respectful manner, and there seems to be a lack of accountability and professionalism. I hope upper leadership reviews these issues and makes improvements, because the current management experience is unacceptable. Bring back Earnest

This place is a terrible place to stay. Don’t do it they don’t fix things the plumbing is horrendous. I still have a hole in my ceiling from the water damage. Maintenance came and supposedly fix my toilet just for it to get backed up again now the water is coming out of my tub, but I was told that everything was good and it’s not. I’ve lived in places worse than this and never had this reoccurring situation. But this place is supposedly a nice place and area. 0/10 strongly don’t recommend any place is better than here

Just wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance crew member Korey. Since he’s been here he’s definitely been one of the best maintenance guys we’ve seen since moving in this complex about a year and a half ago.. He’s very professional and approachable. He’s helped us out in a timely manner with issues we have experienced in our apartment. Although this complex does in deed need Major repairs (beyond the regular duties the maintenance guys do) , Korey does help deal with the issues within his power and we appreciate him. Thanks Korey!
