Legacy at Festival

I absolutely love living at The Legacy at Festival. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and it truly feels like home. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are great, and the staff is always helpful and responsive. I’ve had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

The Maintenance guy work so great, they are professional, they installed my dishwasher within 30 minutes, thanks to the Office. And there team.

The complex has gotten better with the trash overflow, overall I’ve been staying here for three years. Have had minor problems but thanks to management and the maintenance team for their assistance!!!

Excellent service on maintenance request. The response was fast and the problem was taken care of within about 15 min.

Though we didn’t receive our FULL deposit back and were given a bunch of extra charges during our move out process, our overall experience here was pretty decent! The management did pretty well with communication and solving any issues. Maintenance came in a timely manner to fix any issues. On one occasion someone did go through my car. Another occasion the same thing happened to my roommate and her car. SO BEWARE!
