Legacy At Crystal Lake

It saddens me to put this low of a rating but I just hope that something will be done in the future to prevent this from happening to anyone else. we loved living at Legacy for the 3 years until 3 months before it was time to renew our lease (January 2025). Universal towing (in the middle of the night) took my wife’s car parked behind OUR OWN garage. No call to see if it was our car, nothing left as a warning that it’s towable from there, nothing from the apartment saying we couldn’t park behind our garage. It was parked where it was at to make sure our neighbor and I could get out with no issues… Way out of the road (at least 3 ft. From the edge of the road). I was charged 175 bucks to get my car back with threats it will go up with every hour and no refunds. We contacted legacy and they

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just moved into Legacy at Crystal Lake and I couldn’t be happier! Everyone at the leasing office was so clear, patient, and really went out of their way to help me find the perfect apartment—exactly what I needed and even more than I expected. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and I love it! A big thank you to Annie, Justin, and the whole team for making the process so easy. I also put in a maintenance request yesterday and it was taken care of right away, so shoutout to the maintenance staff too. So far, everything has been great!!!!!

As a commercial Vendor, who services many properties in the area. I can say that Joe and his maintenance staff and Rose, the manager, and her staff are exceptional. It’s so nice to see an apartment complex go above and beyond to make sure everyone in the community has the best experience. it’s always a pleasure and all my employees enjoy coming to this property. Keep up the good work. 👍👍

Legacy at Crystal Lake a great place to call home. I am going on two years living here, and I am very happy. I have had a couple minor issues in apartment, the maintenance crew were quick to respond and got the job done in a friendly manner. The staff is friendly, the grounds are well kept. I love living here. I recommend Legacy at Crystal Lake to others.

The apartments and pool are absolutely beautiful and so well-maintained. Our host, Annie, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. She truly went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. A wonderful experience all around!
