Legacy Apartment Homes

The Legacy is a fantastic complex and community. Will be moving for work, but have been here for 2 years with my fiancé and we couldn't have been happier. Miriam and Kathy do a great job and so does the maintenance team. Very spacious floor plans with walk in closets and they respond quickly to requests. We will miss this place!

Update: So sad that I’m moving out. Living here has been the first best apartment experience ever!! The entire staff to the maintenance men is very professional, respectful and helpful. They are the very best. The community is always clean and quiet. Everybody respects each other here and everyone is polite and friendly. This is one of the safest places to live in Brunswick Georgia if you are ever in need of an apartment. I was late on rent once because of health issues they wasn’t mean or pushy about it they did everything to help me in my situation. I will forever be grateful for this management team for making me and my family feel so safe and welcomed to call this place home. I will miss it. Thank you guys for everything. ❤️🤞🏿

I have lived here for over 2 years at this point and it is definitely one of the best apartment complexes in Brunswick. I’ve had bad experiences with other ones. I rarely ever have to call maintenance but when I do they always come quick. The pool and grounds are clean! Office staff is friendly and always quick to respond if you have any issues or questions. I definitely recommend living here!

Great staff so friendly. Apartments are really nice and Walmart is just across the street and other locations are near, definitely in the future I'll rent again here.

As a father of two children one being a daughter, it calmed me to know that my 19 year old lived two years at Legacy Apartments and NEVER did we have an issue. Her safety was their number one priority and that gave me peace. The administration Kathy Romo seemed like family and she always went above with anything we needed. When sending your kids off to College please know that this peace of mind will seal the deal. Would recommend Legacy Apartments to anyone. Some may say rent was a little high but you pay for what you get.
