Lefferson Quarters Apartments/Townhomes

Responses are generally quick when something breaks and needs to be repaired. I'm grateful for that. But the fact that the sidewalks don't get shoveled or salted during the winter is something that really needs to change. This is a hazard for all who live here. If we have landscapers who cut the grass and prune bushes and trees (which we do, and they do a great job) then we ought to also have clear and salted sidewalks. I do appreciate that the parking lot eventually got plowed this past winter. Salting would be nice too.

Nice, properly maintained apartments with prompt maintenance service in case of an emergency. The staff is nice. For someone who is busy and always on the go, the flats' close proximity to the highway, stores, and restaurants is especially useful. We've only encountered problems with ants and other insects. It appears to be a fairly secure neighborhood with lots of families and children, and all the utilities operate smoothly.

I lived here for 7 years and would not recommend it. Post covid the rent hikes increased in frequency without any upgrades to the units or the property, only minimal routine maintenance. The garbage disposal broke down often, and after the last repair, the cost was added to my next rent payment...I admittedly procrastonated on asking them to fix this or other issues again for years out of fear of being charged when we were already struggling financially. I reported a water leak from the furnace that damaged the vinyl flooring throughout the first floor, and upstairs plumbing leaks caused kitchen ceiling and cabinet damage. Owner blamed us for getting water on the floor while showering. My request for a new refrigerator went unanswered. When I eventually purchased my own, and put theirs ou

Very clean, quiet neighborhood. New management takes care of resident issues quickly. A wonderful place to live that is near the freeway and all the stores and restaurants. The apartment itself is very well maintained. Extremely clean, down to the drip pans in the stove. If there is ever a maintenance issue, they usually take care of it the same day, unless something needs to be ordered, in which case they do it as soon as the part gets in. The manager is a very sweet pregnant lady who always wobbles around the complex, making sure it is clean and that there are no resident issues. 10/10 One of the best complexes in Middletown!

Nice clean apartments, when ever you have a problem maintenance is prompt to come and fix. Management is very friendly and you often see them walking around the complex checking things out and making sure everything is safe and ok for residents. It's also a plus that the apartments are close to the freeway, the stores and restaurants making things convenient for someone like me who is always busy and on the go.
