Leesburg Apartments

WORST PLACE EVER! I lived here previously and it was the worst decision of my life. My ceiling in my shower literally collapsed . The roach infestation isn’t even the slightest problem. But rats!! And how UNBELIEVABLY DIRTY the whole neighborhood is. There was mold all over my apartment, the walls would have cracks in them. People smoke anyhow and throw their cigarettes everywhere. My toilet would flood all the time and there was mold on it as well. Everyday I would kill a roach. Every. Single. Day. It got so out of hand that there were roaches in my cupboards and MICROWAVE!!??? And my FRIDGE???? This whole complex needs to be shut down for the better. I need to put 0 stars for this useless “neighborhood “.

As someone who’s lived here for a long time, I’ve only seen it get worse as time goes. Multitude of issues ranging from, roach/bedbug infestations to there being no parking what so ever due to the lack of care from management to fix the parking stickers. Multitude of work vans take up parking now, several cars that don’t move for months on end. Specifically a green truck next to one of the dumpsters that has people drinking at every night causing disturbances to all who pass by and reeks of human waste. But hey let’s repaint the parking without notice causing an even bigger parking issue. Then when asked about it, be told that “It’s not their priority.” *Update* parking issue was fixed for a month or two that fell back into utter chaos. I've seen only kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff here. Leesburg apartments have really stepped up their game. And the renovations look great!!

Jose is absolutely amazing. In fact, all the associates are amazing and truly very helpful and understanding! Everyone’s efforts and genuinity seriously need to be more acknowledged and appreciated because these guys raise the standard across the board

So today my wife and I were ticketed because we were park in the handicap spot because they have no tow policy and I came back from the hospital at 12 am and didn’t want to have to walk with a sick baby in the cold so this morning I come out to a ticket on my windshield so I went to the police station to figure out what’s up and they told us that the rental office called so I then see one of the leasing office employees illegally parked and so I called the police and when they arrived no one was ticketed I don’t see how that’s fair if you are going to hold me accountable you need to accept accountability
