Lee Trace Apartments

The maintenance men try very hard to solve any issue that may arise while being respectful of your property and unit. Lee Trace seems lucky to have these men. At times going above and beyond.

Pros: Pretty scenery, MOST maintenance personnel knows what they're doing, price per month isn't horrible for the amount of square footage, and management usually works with you to take seriously any issues you might be having. Cons: The traffic on this road and in this entire area is absolutely terrible, other residents are loud and rude (many of whom honestly need to be evicted), facilities desperately need to be upgraded and updated, community facilities are too small for the amount of people living in the complex, snow plowing is certainly less than ideal and actually plowed us in for weeks straight after a recent snowstorm, and the newest maintenance hire has been unreasonably loud and confused during recent visits. Advice: Choose somewhere else to live, even if it costs a little mo

The management office and maintenance have continuously worked hard since I’ve been here. They are pro-active and have address ANY and all of my concerns. They respect your unit and privacy by always providing notification of any anticipated work. I’m thankful for them as they continue to work hard everyday to keep the residents of Lee Trace not only safe but also happy.

Have lived here for 15 years. The complex is very nice but no updates are ever made to the units. There has been no updates to the carpet, the paint, appliances and the bathroom since I have lived here all this time! This is unacceptable. This is the reason for one star. According to an AI search it stated the following: While there's no legal requirement for landlords to provide upgrades to long-term residents, it's not uncommon for them to do so, especially when it benefits their business. Apparently, it is not important for Lee Trace to take care of long-term residents which is extremely wrong. Also, the people allowed to move in have changed. Police never came into our community but it is common now!!!

Definitely not worth the money that they charge people. There’s a constant issue with ants getting into the apartments and have to spray year round even with their “pest control maintenance”……if you work night shift or like to sleep in, not the place for you as they will have landscapers outside your bedroom window with a leaf blower at 7:30 am. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything neighbors were saying and could hear every time they shut their kitchen cabinets or flushed their toilet. I could understand charging someone $1,500 for a two bedroom apartment if they were brand new and the quality was exceptional but that is definitely not the case here. These apartments are at least ten years old and the quality is not worth the price. The residents here are being ripped off.
