Lee Michael Homes

Mike Knight came out to walk the property for a new RV garage and shop. All he could talk about was how building materials had gone up in price and doom and gloom. After we walked the site he said he would put a cost estimate together. This project should be in the neighborhood of 110-140K. After he left the property I heard nothing from him. Several days went by and I called him to see what the status of the proposal was. He had put nothing together and blamed it on his subcontractors being so busy that they could not get back to him. He told me he would make some calls and get the proposal together. I call BS. You either want the job or not. I do not recommend this company at all. Completely non responsive and I don't want to get into a job with any complexity with a company

Toured this house the first weekend of the parade of homes. The owners were very professional and the upgraded finishes really made the house stand out versus the other houses toured. It is easy to see why they took so many awards in the parade! They will be building my house in the very near future.

My husband and I went to see this beautiful home during the Parade of Homes. As always, Lee Michael Homes had a beautiful layout, design, attention to detail and sophistication. We loved the home!

Called for an estimate on a home build. Was told that they don't build anything less than 650,000. Also was told "Good luck finding anyone to build for less than $275-350 a square foot." Not impressed with the call or person we talked with.

My wife an I toured their home in the North Valley on Sunday. We were extremely impressed witht he finishes. What a warm, inviting home. We will be doing business with them in the near future!
