We were considering in moving to Rocky Mount, NC and spoke with Lee Gay about renting one of his homes. We were impressed with the rental homes shown. We have not made the move yet but if we do we will be reaching out to him.
The worst landlord someone could ever have, he goes in your home without permission,curses you, does inspection for you to have to pay 1300plus in rent, tells you how to live and how your house should look.Do NOT recommend
