Leawood Village Apartments

Clean, classy place to live. Concierge trash service, big windows with lots of light. Management is wonderful and delivered several packages to my apartment on the 5th floor. Outstanding location. Heated pool. Clubhouse located on all floors. Barista coffee machine (and hot chocolate machine) available to use any time. You will NOT be disappointed. This place is such a gem. I relocated and was sad to say good bye.

LOVE living at Leawood Village. I researched several apartments before choosing this one. It’s safe, clean (they hire cleaners to do the main areas), and quiet. I’m not sure what some of the 1 star reviews are about… I haven’t had a single issue. Anything that’s needed maintenance gets fixed ASAP. I am SO satisfied with my choice to live here. It’s walkable to Ward Parkway and even some parts of Prairie Village. 15/10 would recommend!!!

Well, I’ve been here 8 months and I feel duped! This place charges like they are a high end apartment complex but they have absolutely no right to do so. They offer literally zero amenities! Not even small conveniences like trash receptacles in the garage or dog wash areas, water, shade and lights at the dog park, garage remotes, (we have to use our key fob which is a huge pain and unsafe) Speaking of safety, there’s no BACK UP skeleton key in case the battery dies on the e-key. We are locked out if there’s any type of failure! I’ve never seen this. Even on the exterior doors. If our FOB malfunctions then we are out of luck and where do we go? 5/31/25- Back down to 1 star- would be less if possible. The trash situation is out of control. It’s a absolute mess. Looks like we live in the ghetto! Leawood Village needs to provide adequate trash disposal. One container was fine when there was only a handful of us, but this is a violation of the No Littering Ordinance in Leawood. See below: It is against Leawood, KS ordinance to litter. The city's regulations address the storage and disposal of solid waste, including the proper use of containers and keeping areas clean. Accumulation of rubbish or garbage is prohibited unless stored in containers and properly managed. Hard hat tours at Leawood Village were wonderful! The community amenities and apartment finishes are coming along great. The pedestrian tunnel from The Village to Ward Parkway Shops is a feature that I’m excited to use; I may or may not have an obsession with Trader Joe’s and Target. Looking forward to my move-in!
