Leawood at State Line Apartments

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for about a year and a half now, and my experience has truly been wonderful. Maintenance is always incredibly fast and efficient. They fix issues correctly the first time, which I really appreciate. The managers and office staff are consistently kind, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I need anything. I also want to give a special shout-out to our maintenance man, not only is he great at what he does, but even my cats have warmed up to him… and that’s no easy task! That alone says a lot about the positive and caring atmosphere here. The apartments are clean, affordable, and well taken care of, and the overall community is friendly and welcoming. I’m really grateful to call this place home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking

This apartment complex is the best! 2 main things of importance for me is their phenomenal maintenance team!!! Also the girls that help with your apartments, you tell them what you'd like and they are on it! The landscaping is beautiful and well kept. Living at Leawood at State Line has been an amazing experience! The property is well-maintained, the amenities are top notch, especially the gym and basketball court. Management and maintenance are friendly, responsive and they clearly care about creating a great living environment for residents. The pool area is on the the highlights, not too mention the pool parties are fantastic! They are well organized, fun, and bring the community together in a positive way. The music, vibe, and attention to detail make it feel more like a resort event than an apartment gathering. These parties are a great way to meet neighbors, relax, and even win some very generous raffle prizes! What can I say? This place is home! I honestly can't say enough good things about it. I've been here since 2020. It has a very park like setting and I love the fact that it's super pet friendly. Most my neighbors have been here as long as have if not longer. It's Quiet! Often so quiet I forget I have neighbors until I see one in the stairwell. Maintenance is fast. And in all my years I have only had one issue which was promptly taken care of. I feel like the property does a lot to encourage community within its residents. A yearly pool party and various little giveaways and raffles to participate in all year long. If you are someone with children another huge bonus is the property is zoned in the Blue Valley school district. As far as the office staff the ladies are wonderful. Katie, Skyl

I have lived here 3 times. From 10 years old, till now… 33. I’ve always had amazing memories and experiences here. My maintenance issues get fixed immediately every time. I love it here so much 💜 and the landscaping is always so pretty. My office girls are the best! I love them!
