Kevin showed me a Coop in RVC, 1st question I asked is can I Close by July 15? as I already sold my existing home. Absolutely, he said, and NO board approval. This was discussed several times. Long story short… I was given a 26 page application to complete requiring all supporting documents, references etc. and $1,150. I was not able to Close by the 15th and left HOMELESS! He did not care !! Hotels, friends couches and a trip to N Carolina to stay by my niece. $$$. 6 WEEKS later I closed, He had the nerve to show up at the closing for his Big Commission check! DO NOT USE THIS REAL ESTATE FIRM. I never contracted with them to rent OR sell my house yet they ran a Google Ad with my property address and my personal photos of my cottage from when I had an Airbnb. Dont walk, run the other way. Broker Kevin never returned calls to remove the AD they placed. Very sleazy way to do business. I am filing a complaint with NAR and will be proceeding with legal action. The realtor listed on the ad was on vacation and refused to send a letter stating that she never placed the ad even though her email and contact info are clearly in the ad and of course are accurate.
