This is who you want to build your house. I moved to Columbus in 1999 and was looking for a home. I loved the L&B houses we looked at, but they were nicer developments and just a tad out of reach. I swore then after looking at the details and care they put into each building I would have one one day. Flash forward to 2014 and we were able to have them build our dream home. They helped us pick out an architect that would be good for us, set us up with a designer to meet with vendors to pick out floor, paint, lighting, et al, and now 6+ years later and the house is just as awesome as it was on move in day. You want a beautiful, sound, home? Give these builders a try. I've been in my home for 13 years and wouldn't dream of moving. Haven't had any problems or issues other than the normal..thanks for 13 years of satisfied living.
