i’ve been living here for two months, and i would say run as far as possible from this complex and its management. when i first moved in, the shower did not work at all, like no water period. put in a maintenance request immediately, three days went by and nothing. The only way that I could get somebody to come turn it on was by texting a leasing agent. so now the water turns on, but the shower handle is still very messed up and very difficult to turn on and off and leaks constantly. I’ve had multiple maintenance requests in for this the whole time I’ve been here along with multiple other issues, including the dishwasher not working, roaches, etc, and management and maintenance have not come or reached out at all. They changed the gate code and didn’t tell anybody, no email or posted notic

I had a tour scheduled at this complex this past Saturday. When I arrived, I saw that the front door was wide open, so I walked right in and found myself on the complex grounds. I could not find the leasing office, but I found a few current tenants. I asked them how they like living there. I would include the video of this person talking, but to protect their privacy, I will write what they said. They told me it was a terrible terrible place to live, they were trying to get out as soon as possible, RUN, do not rent from any of the locations the new management offers, they said they had been Without hot water for 4 months, there were BREAK INS every night, two cars had been STOLEN off the lot the night before. I received an email and then a phone call immediately after the email that reque

Horrible management. Racist neighbors. Visited my sister and went to pool, neighbors called management when was literally just out at the pool doing nothing wrong. Management came and told us we had to leave and wouldnt provide an email. Also didnt want to accommodate us to stay at the pool, since we didnt break any pool rules. Stated my sister doesnt live there (which she does) how do you not know your tenants and you the manager above managers. Once she realized she stays there after the manager stated she doesnt she gave my sister a violation.

It’s almost April in Texas, and management still hasn’t turned on the A/C, despite temperatures reaching the 80s. Instead, the heat is still running, making living conditions uncomfortable and completely unnecessary for this time of year. There is no logical reason to delay switching to air conditioning past February in this state, except to cut costs at the expense of residents’ comfort. This ongoing issue makes it clear that management is either out of touch with tenant needs or simply indifferent. If they’re trying to push long-term residents away, they’re doing a great job.

I would not recommend this apartment even if rent was only $300 a month. Plumbing is terrible to where you feel that you are living in a 3rd world country. Unless if you are ok with going days without a toilet/bathtub, I would stay away from here. For reference, I lived in apt 217. Multiple times the sole toilet in my unit would bubble at random times, regardless if someone had recently used the restroom or not, then clogged. After speaking with maintenance and looking online, it seems there is something wrong with the plumbing. I was told that if this continued to happen, to call emergency maintenance. Leo was amazing and would come asap to help. However, the maintenance staff that worked at night and weekends would not. They would ignore the majority of emergency maintenance calls I did
