From the beginning, we were upfront about being students, our income, and the exact move-in date we needed. They explicitly told us they could work with our timeline, encouraged us to move forward, and happily took our application fees. After that? Radio silence. They stopped answering calls and messages entirely until after our potential move-in date passed. Only then were we told the application process “takes up to two weeks” — information that would have been useful before taking our money and misleading us about availability. Then, magically, we were denied the very next day. The reason? Student status — despite solid income and despite this being disclosed from day one. Lovely atmosphere! McKenzie and gang were incredibly efficient in supplying their information and keeping us up to speed with the details. Overall a wonderful tour!

Mu husband and I have lived here for two years and we’re renewing for a third year! We have so much peace with the management. They’re super helpful and will work with you through anything you need. They’re super busy, but they go out of their way to make things easier for you, and they even host events for the community. We’ve been really happy here! We don’t want to leave here until we’re buying our own home.

Our tour guide Elaney Miller was amazing to us. She explain everything to us and we definitely loved the unit and were sold. We really recommend this place and especially with the people they have in office. :)

I have had such a wonderful experience with the staff at LeJolliet.. Ariel helped me get into a unit as fast as she could and I am so grateful. They had grab and go sandwiches for the kids when they got off the bus as i arrived. Im just loving it here. Everything about it .The apartments are so spacious too with a full size washer and dryer.
