⚠️ Warning to Military Members & Renters Considering Le’Jaime Apartments I moved into Le’Jaime Apartments after returning from a 6+ month deployment and had to rent sight unseen due to time constraints. If I had known then what I know now, I would have waited and found another place. The studio was advertised at $1,950, but the additional fees were excessive and not clearly disclosed upfront. With added charges, my monthly cost increased by $2,018.05, plus a processing fee — essentially doubling the rent. From day one, the A/C was leaking. The leasing office initially denied the issue, even though I had video proof. Without documentation, maintenance likely would not have responded. I set up a showing on Saturday morning and upon arriving I was unable to find a leasing office. I called the F&F property management line and they advised they didnt have a leasing office and that I should receive a text from the person who was going to provide the tour. I never received a text and ended up driving home, wasting an hour of my Saturday morning and 2 gallons of gas. If they can't even meet you to make a sale, imagine how bad the experience would be once they lock you into a lease.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Larissa and other admin employees and so far they have been so so helpful and available with my partner and I. We are in the process of moving in and they have made everything very seamless. I highly recommend touring this location if there are units open. It’s a quiet newly renovated building and I’m so happy to be here!

This is in response to FandF properties request for feedback on an FandF maintenance request I initiated through their appfolio resident portal last night around 10 pm because their chosen VIZpin door access app system was malfunctioning on my android phone and would not let me into my apartment (after my 12-15 attempts) for the 1st time after 2.5 months of sketchy but successful use since I moved here in June this year. Mind you, as a baseline, this VIZpin system is already a sketchy system as the original leasing agent, who showed me various apartments back in June this year, had to click multiple times to get us into each apartment. I would not recommend moving into this apartment complex.Unfortunately, my experience here has been disappointing and I regret choosing this place. The rent is significantly overpriced for what’s offered—there are virtually no amenities, and the quality of the renovation is poor. When I moved in, several fixtures were already damaged or improperly installed, despite the unit being advertised as fully remodeled. Maintenance requests take a very long time to be addressed, which only adds to the frustration. The units are quite small with very thin walls—noise from neighbors, especially from below, is a constant issue. Parking is also an extra $100 per month for an uncovered space, which feels excessive.
