Andrew and Nicole have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They’ve always been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. My husband, our cat, and I have just started moving in (lease paid from March 1st, already bringing in the first boxes) — and right now we already feel: this is our home! 🏡❤️ The moment we stepped into the apartment, we instantly knew - it’s ours. Everything feels just right: the stunning view (especially from our floor!), bright and cozy layout — we fell in love at first sight. The gym is a total delight! I was so pleasantly surprised: for the first time in a residential complex, I found a gym that has EVERYTHING I need all in one place. Now working out will be pure joy! 💪 The neighborhood is simply perfect: quiet, green, with a canal right nearby for lovely walks, and literally everything you need is within reach — shops, cafes, parks. I’ve been renting an apartment for a while in Lazul now, and honestly, finding a decent business with proper managers, a solid office, and a trustworthy approach was really challenging. But now I live in the best building imaginable! Andrew and Ednick are the best managers I’ve ever seen—they truly make living in the Lazur building exceptional! My expectations weren’t just met—they were exceeded! Everything works perfectly, the service is top-notch, and the management genuinely cares about the residents. Living here is pure joy!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best thing about this building is, hands down, Nicole. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her. She’s the best leasing agent I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with — passionate, kind, and always going above and beyond for her clients, my clients, and the residents. She’s always smiling and willing to help; even on her days off or late at night, she has responded to my messages to assist me. I’m so grateful for her dedication. Also, Marcellus, the manager, is great — very professional and attentive. The building itself is amazing: great amenities, prices, and location. Spacious floor plans at very reasonable rates. Highly recommended!

The managers Andrew and Ednick demonstrated outstanding professionalism. As someone who has changed several buildings in the past due to unprofessional management and poor maintenance standards, I can confidently say that this team truly knows their job. They respond quickly, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization. I would also like to highlight their honesty, which impressed me the most. I once had an incident where I accidentally lost $500. I was very worried and upset, but I was contacted shortly after, and the money was returned to me. It’s rare to find management that is both professional and trustworthy. I sincerely appreciate their work and highly recommend this building.
