Layton Meadows Apartments

I love it! The process was very easy to get into a place! And the rent is a fair price and was willing to work with me on my not so great credit! I've been here for a few weeks now and had a couple small things I needed fixed and they were on it! Staff and maintenance have been very helpful for me! Any time I had questions and concerns and work orders they were quick to help! I love my cute little cozy apartment! Thanks to the new management, staff, and maintenance crew! Appreciate all you guys do to help me feel at home 🏡 ❤️

If I ever need anything fixed, they are always pretty fast about it!! I love the tall ceilings and spiral staircase so much; It's always fun to decorate the railing and put up lights in the changing seasons🍂 I sadly haven't used the pool yet and I've been here for 2 years now, but it seems to be very comfortable looking and always full of families having fun! The office also has really sweet ladies who are more than happy to help you with whatever you need! Other than residents not picking up their dogs poop, laundry room with little to no seating/tables, trash being over piled at the end of the month and kids not having an official playground; it's quite lovely here and if those things were amended, I'd be overjoyed to see such wonderful changes!! Lindsay and Aubree are really nice and they care about people here and making sure they’re satisfied and taken care of. They helped me get into an apartment of my own and worked with me. Very nice people and junior the maintenance guy is awesome and helpful as well. I recommend staying here cause there are lots of places around you can walk/drive too.

I really like these apartments. We have the older model which is okay vs the newer models but still functional and clean. Maintenance has been on top of my requests which I really appreciate. Laci has been amazing to help get us started and everyone ive met (Maintenance, leasing, pest control, and people in the community) has been very friendly. Im so happy I moved here ☺️

I have lived here for about 3 months now and I am fairly happy. The apartment itself is nice and the AC works well. We live next to the Bark Park and it is very nice for us and our dog, though people tend to leave dog poop all over the place. The management is great! We have had problems with our water heater and they have been very responsive and we got help quickly! My only real complaint is that the flooring seems... iffy? The vinyl floor feels very soft and squishy compared to vinyl I have seen and dealt with before. The floor scuffs real easy and it ripped while we were moving in. I contacted the maintenance about it and he walked in saw that it was vinyl and said he couldn't do it and would have to contact a contractor and then he left. It's been a few weeks and I haven't heard back
