A neighbor referred us to Lauren after we decided to make our move from Williamsburg to VA Beach. That same neighbor said you’ll love her energy and we did! Lauren knows her market and wields her real estate toolkit with confidence. Lauren told us what to do to get our house ready for listing. She sent in a local inspection agent to do a pre-inspection of the house. She listened to what we were willing to do and based on her experience we came to an agreement on some final repairs before listing the house. We listed at the end of June and closed today. We highly recommend Lauren Rogers to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Williamsburg area! She’s the best!
