Dawn was so informative and helpful. She went through everything we needed to do in detail in order to move in and what to expect in the process. She knows everything there is to know from the time you inquire until the time you move in. Anything to accommodate you and your family. We had our youngest son with us and she was talking to him with the utmost respect, Dawn even gave him a coloring book and crayons while we were talking. Marcos was very helpful as well trying to get things together and offering his assistance. He was knowledgeable about our next steps and ready to walk us through it.

Pros: Very friendly office staff and maintenance is quick to respond to requests. Location is really great. Washer and dryer included in unit Cons: Units are extremely outdated and low income units have no lights on ceiling in all bedrooms and the living room. Dog poop constantly on sidewalks and walking areas. Young kids playing in parking lot right next to cars and never supervised. People ignore memos posted about dumping items. Some people leave their belongings they don’t want in the breezeways. You will always have bugs no matter how much you clean or call pest control. I highly don’t recommend living on bottom floor as noise complaints aren’t uncommon but nothing is done. The pool is hardly ever open during the summer months. I’d like to recognize Dawn, the Property Manager, for her genuine kindness and professionalism. She consistently goes out of her way to support individuals and help resolve concerns with care.

Genuinely one of the worst apartment complex’s to live do not come here. We’ve had a bug problem pretty much since we move in here 5 years ago and they have yet to resolve the problem. It’s gotten so bad we even have spiders on all corners of our apartment now. We have leaks on the ceiling of our bathroom with mold and all I they do to “fix” it is paint over it and spray bleach. They don’t care about how unlivable and gross the state of the apartment is, but they do whenever you want to make changes.

This community has grown over the last 6yrs I've been here the staff is amazing especially Dawn she gets things done I really love my community it's peaceful and calm and there is usually some kind of event whether it's a pool party or leasing party. They make you feel taken care of here.
