Laurel Tree At Northern

In the beginning this property was great. When Brittani was the property manager never had an issue. We got a new owner a few months back and it has been a nightmare. Refrigerator handles falling off, light fixtures not working, and my unit floods every time it rains. They are aware of the situation and still no fix after 4yrs. Amy had my car and my sons car towed and I am resident. I have proof from the tow company. I had no issue with her until she found out that who my daughter was and then retaliation began. property manager lied to a place I attempted to rent to by saying I was a horrible tenant , I never paid my rent , and was facing eviction. Eviction is public record. There is NO eviction or filing. STAY AWAY

Bernice is best manager honest very informative and helps with any guidance any issues and great communicator to keep the tenants to enjoy their homes. I hope she will be here forever

I was so happy for my BFF to be moving here. So disappointed now that she has moved in. The building and apartments are done perfectly however the hallways, stairs, etc are full of trash all the time, stains all over . I know people can be dirty, however it looks like the maintenance or builder is in way over there head and can not keep up. I know that most of the apartments are empty, imagine how it will look when they are all full of tenants. Sad but someone needs to step up and handle there investment.

Unfortunately I had to give it star to comment...this place is the devil and fraudulently charging higher than 30% for affordable housing. If you are trying to go somewhere with your life being clean? This is NOT the place to stay. Waaaay too many photos to add. God blessed us with our new house and our lives have changed drastically for the better!!!

The apartment is located in a decent area right next to the lightrail, multiple grocery stores, and services. You have views of North Mountain and Piestewa Peak to the east. A beautiful park is located north east from the building in the beautiful royal palm neighborhood. I grew up in this area. The exterior design of the building is an homage to the Mediterranean style shopping center across the street. It used to be an all girls catholic school back in the day. I think the buildings appearance can be improved by adding vines and greenery along the exterior walls which will compliment the vines and greenery that are on the lightrail station.
