Laurel Park & Laurelton Court Apartments

Been here since Dec 25 and the place is well taken care of, including grounds and buildings. Have no issues with the apartment at all, and the maintenance staff has been excellent, as has the rental MGMT, both here and at Southern Management. The parking lots and trash areas are very clean and well-maintained. Spotless laundry rooms.

I have been here for 4 months and I like it. My neighbors are wonderful they stay to themselves. The office stuff are wonderful always on top. Apartments are wonderful only thing I have a problem with is the site says washer and dryer in unit and there wasn't. Also they didn't have a bottom floor units. Other then that I love it

I had a great experience with this property! Maria, the Property Manager did my tour and she was very helpful and extremely pleasant. Malcolm was super helpful and patient throughout my application process. The team was very responsive and was quick to answer any questions I had. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism stood out from start to finish. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the excellent customer service they're provided. Highly recommend!

Went apartment shopping and had the sweetest encounter with Ahniya helping me out. She answered any questions I had and was very sweet and communicated very well. One of the best agents I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!
