Leasing Management is very unprofessional I moved here back in 2021 my electricty been messed up since I moved here I tried being patient and give them the benefit of the doubt and give them time to fix it and they have done nothing but increase my rent….ive applied for a. New lease twice and I haven’t received one and as of today Dec.4.2025 they just got an electrician to come out and these were his findings…..A FIRE hazard….Do Not I repeat Do not Rent From here

Communication is horrible, moved out on 8/26 and the online portal is still saying I owe for September. Called the office multiple times and was told this would be taken care of. Haven't received a phone call regarding my move out or anything. Always get left on hold and hung up on. New management is nicer but still doesn't do what they say they are going to. Move out process has been terrible.

Staff is rude and very unprofessional. I’ve stayed here for years and never had an issue until now. I have to make appointments to just speak with someone for minor issues that can be handled over the phone literally or to even put in a maintenance request. The new property manager needs to work on how she comes off when dealing with people. Her attitude is horrible. The team before her was much better with dealing with tenants and there needs. It’s a lot that they need to work on with staffing. Calling corporate will be my next step.

It's been 10 days since I put in an emergency maintenance ticket and my issue hasn't been resolved yet 🤬🤬. How can they let a tenant go 10 days straight without a working stove or electricity in their apartment? I went back to the office to check (5days later) and they said it would be fixed as soon as possible. I wouldn't have believed that it would take this long to change a fuse😭😭. When you are in this business (landlord) you have to care about your tenants (a least a little bit 🤔), but it is clear there is no love here at all😩

Management suck a$$ they’ve changed management 3-4 times over the four years I e been here, rent constantly went up with no updates!!!! My lease was supposed to be renewed back in May still haven’t signed my papers at this point I’m saving to move not giving them a dime. They never answer phone my complex was shot up beginning of October and the tents still here
