Jenn Station Apartments

Living at Jenn Station Apartments has been a great experience so far. The property is very well-managed, and the entire community is kept clean, organized, and welcoming. I especially want to highlight the outstanding help I received from Nyiah. She made my move in process smooth and stress free, answering every question and guiding me through each step with patience and professionalism. Thanks to her support, settling in was much easier than I expected. I truly appreciate the excellent management and the effort put into keeping Jenn Station a comfortable place to live. Highly recommended!

This place is very cozy and unique clean environment no trash in hallways building is clean as well as the outside is very pleasant proud to call it home. 5 stars to management Ashley and Niyah are the best.

This place is so horrible it's sickening. Feb 2025 I applied for a 2 bedroom got approved. They had a office person who was all over the place with the knowledge of how things went. I excuse that I get it. I was instructed to pay the admin and APP few which at the time both together was $90 paid that via money order.... 3 weeks later I got a call hey ur unit is up for inspection ur deposit it $915 u need to put something down on it unit the Inspection is complete to hold my unit. I went and got a $500 money order... all of this happened in March I pulled my application in April due to the rudeness of this woman in the front off.... that's an entire different story. So.from.April til now I have been waiting to receive my $500 back just to get a $355 check in the mail.... JENN STATION I NEED

My daughter have been living a total nightmare, living at Jenn Station apartments. They have changed property managers 3 times. They never repair anything. For the last 8 months my daughter’s ceiling in her living have a huge hole in it. It rains in her apartment every time it rains. They have given her the runaround, lying, promising to fix but still haven’t fixed it. And now, The kitchen ceiling is leaking and cracking, and it rains in the kitchen every time it rains too. Not to mention the ceiling in the hallway outside her front door is cracking and falling. But yet, they want their rent every month. Calling the corporate office does not do any good. They just referred my daughter back to her trash rental office. I hate to see my daughter dealing with the issues from this apartment co

This is a horrible place to live! Absolute slumlords. You call and call about things to be fixed and nothing! You should be able to feel safe and comfortable in your home and this is not that place. No one should have to live in these conditions. No one cares about how these apartment are not livable. Please stay far away from the owners. I will be calling the news to report the unsafe living conditions.
