Quiet and economical rate over this condo, I was as a guest over there, and it looks like a family place. My friend has a living there for years without problems.

Never no one at the office, fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night sometimes, no matter how much you need to talk to the landlord you will get in touch with her after weeks. People around the complex messes up your car, they park anywhere without caring about other people's vehicles. This is the worst complex I've ever live in. Can't wait for my lease to be over.

This place has been my home for almost 6 years. I love the area, close to work, shopping and restaurants. Very convenient. Residents are nice and they stay to themselves. Property Manager is very nice and welcoming.

Good space for the price you pay. Yes there are issues like everyone posts but you're not living in an expensive high class area so get over it. The landlord is friendly, one of the problems is just sometimes she is hard to get ahold of. Maintenance is usually very quick to fixing whatever it is, I suggest making sure your home for it though because sometimes they forget to shut your lights off and such. It happens, but at least if your home you can make sure it's back the way you like it. I pay 411 for a 1-bedroom and it's the square footage most places charge 800+ for. The apartments are fairly nice themselves, as for the pool I've never seen it myself. I'd rate less if I were living somewhere fancy because of the neighborhood but you can't expect everything to be absolutely perfect when

Landlord doesnt do anything, except drive around the complex for whatever reason doesnt do anything about the people that sit and congregate in front of their apartment doing drugs, shes never in her office doesnt answer calls, place is filthy the people make it that way always trash everywhere broken glass in the streets, multiple occasions where ive seen residents walk towards the dumpster and just set their trash on the floor (adults) parking is horrible u never have a parking spot even when u live there if i could rate this place a zero i would. Just a bunch of ignorant nasty trashy people
