Laurel Hills Preserve Apartments

Do not move here. I moved here July of 2025, my first week here water was coming up in my tub, and the toilet was overflowing. My bathroom flooded it went all the way into my laundry room and kitchen. About two months ago the person that lives above me had a problem with her dishwasher which caused water to come through my dining room light and kitchen light and leak onto my floor. Yesterday when I got home from work my refrigerator was leaking and I put in an emergency request immediately. They didn’t come until hours later and I was told by multiple people they didn’t know where the valve was to shut off the water. My apartment FLOODED last night. I was up until 11pm getting water removed from my place! My carpet had to be pulled up and my refrigerator has been unplugged for hours! My fu

Please do not sign a lease here, there are too many other great apartments in Marietta that have much greater value to offer than this Apartment Complex. Honestly if they would have just been honest and forthright in fixing the leak in my bathroom that took them 13 months then I would not be leaving a review. The constant work orders that I put in still seemed to not be enough for the human decency of maintaining a habitable breathing environment. Meaning there was black mold the entire time and they didn’t even care about my safety or health. Like I stated there are several other great apartments in Marietta that actually offer greater value for your money.

Reposting because my original review was filtered and this needs to be public. So I am trying this again so I can possibly prevent someone else going through what I went through. I lived at Laurel Hills Preserve for two years, and my experience was terrible. From the start, I dealt with a roach infestation I had never dealt with before. On top of that, my apartment flooded three separate times in three different places, ruining carpet and belongings and causing mold. I repeatedly requested maintenance to fix these issues, and at one point, I had to stay in a hotel while repairs were made. My health improved as soon as I moved out. I've recently taken time to request repairs needed for my unit. Cliff, Mario, and Paul are Awesome!!! They have used excellent communication skills while working together to resolve my issues. They are great at explaining the issues, and they are very respectful, patient, and kind to everyone, as I have also seen them interact with others on the property in a professional, pleasant manner. They always work hard individually or together to communicate and get the job done expeditiously. They check back to be sure that we are satisfied and ask if anything else is needed, and I always appreciate their willingness to assist. They have done an Amazing job!!! What an Outstanding team we have!!!

My husband and I lived here years ago and decided to come back to check out the updates since it’s been over 5 years. We’re currently looking for something affordable and comfortable to call home, and we were really impressed with the improvements to the community. Zed was amazing throughout the process! He showed us units that fit our family size and gave us a great tour of the new amenities. He was helpful, patient, and made everything easy. We truly appreciated his help!
