Laurel Glen

I've lived here for almost 8 years now. There used to be a lot of drama going on but with the new manager, Vanessa, things are much better. There's an elevator which is nice. I'm on the 2nd floor in a 1 bedroom. It's sort of loud from the traffic but you get used to your surroundings pretty quickly. Maintenance is fast and efficient too. The flooring is nice, no carpet though. There's a business office and once in awhile they will have things going on for the tenants. All in all I've been happy here. I should also say I'm older an appreciate quiet. No one disturbs me or other tenants either. Built in 2018. One to three bedroom units.

I lived in this complex for some time and overall had a good experience. Like in any community, there can occasionally be a little drama with some neighbors, but nothing out of the ordinary. What really made a difference for me was the property manager, Vanessa. She was always very kind, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. Whenever I needed help, she was supportive and always willing to find solutions. Her great attitude and responsiveness made my experience much more positive.

I'm a 6 year resident at Laural Glen apartment. My experience has been mostly positive with some unpleasant experiences that are a work in progress. The current staff now starting with Vanessa the manager is making a great impact on this community. Our communication is very good. Request for service issues is very good and consistent as well. I do understand the stress of trying to make sure every residents needs are met. With that being said I appreciate all of Vanessa's hard work and due diligence for making sure my requests are handled timely and professionally. Frank the maintenance worker is very professional. The event coordinator Brianna is new and has already made a positive impact on the Laural Glen community. By planning festivities and getting to know your neighbors. I look forw

I just wanted to take some time and give my honest , heartfelt and the atmosrespectful review because it's very deserved . I moved here over a year ago and currently still living here . And i can honestly say I love where I live . It's so quiet and calm , that it took me by surprise of how quiet it was and still is because that's not usually the case . Atmosphere is very peaceful, no noise disturbance ever and very clean. But definitely what sealed the deal for me when I new this is it " I want this apartment " was when I saw the inside of the apartment how beautiful, like brand new the interior & design and space . Very modern, clean and elegant, high end look and feel. Beautiful from the kitchen to the rooms . But most important the amazing service I was and still am being provided

I’ve lived at Laurel Glen for 3 years and I’m thankful to say it’s been great thus far. The office manager Vanessa has always been helpful and quick to respond to any questions or request. I would also like to recognize Frank(maintenance), any request that I’ve had is completely quickly and he’s always been nice. In all my experience has been great, no complaints!! Thank you guys for all you do for your residents🫶
