Laurel Court Apartments

I wish I could give 0 stars. I currently live here, and it is by far the worst place I’ve ever been. Mice, roaches, you name it. It’s currently winter time and the heat has only been on for no more than a week then it shuts right back off. You call the leasing office and they rarely answer. The plumbing here also sucks. They don’t maintain the property very well. You’re paying a crazy amount a month for not even the bare minimum. They don’t care about anything but collecting money. DO NOT MOVE HERE AND IF YOU ARE HERE GET OUT!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would . Please read the reviews before moving here most apartments have nice and roches. I moved in and my apartment was clean and had no presence of any roden or roches . When my stove stoped working I requested for maintenance to come and fix it instead of fixing it they decided to bring over a nice infested stove from another apartment no wonder why there’s an infestation because the maintenance people are the ones transporting them from apartment to apartment. On top of that I bought a parking space but have never been to use it as people here can’t read and park in the parking space you pay for . When you call the front office it’s basically useless they don’t take accountability nor do they do show that they care about the residence.

I think this complaint is necessary, I have lived in these apartments for 7 years, the previous owners they fumigated every month, there were no cockroaches, to tell y’ll that with the new owners, they do nothing, I already went to complain to the office that there are even mice... & they no longer come to fumigate & we have found cockroaches, we clean every day, so as not to have cockroaches and I am already tired of the mice... even a neighbor left because of the mice, she said she was not going to live with those animals. (obviously they are very disgusting) it makes me sad because as I said we have been living here for years and we have never had a problem with anything... but the people at the office don't solve anything...

DO NOT MOVE HERE !! I lived there for leas than a year and experienced nothing but mice, roaches, and mold. Be aware when you move out they will add extra fees and mess up your credit. You want to live somewhere that purposely doesn’t answer the phone? Then the one time they do answer they cant find you in the system at all ?!?! I will be taking then to court Suni no longer works there and whoever this new management is isnt any better. I have receipts of these people altering my move out statement and adding photos of not mine, but someone else’s home claiming it to be mine. Signature Properties is a scam company do not trust it my lawyer told me to wait to say this but enough is enough. I am leaving reviews under all their properties after this one. They dont know how to do their jobs an

The office manager is such a sweet lady. Professional, well-organized, and very pleasant to work with. I received an email from her on her off day when she had an apartment available (that's serious dedication). I came in on that Monday and she worked with me to get me approved and moved in. If you're looking for a great place to stay, THIS IS IT!
