Potential buyers be aware. I should have researched the Better Buisness Bureau Website before I entered into a contract with this company. Nothing but complaints against them. Incompetent vendors building your home. Shoddy workmanship. Mistakes after mistakes building your home. No apologies only excuses. Design center incompetent offering items not available. They have a take it or leave it attitude after they take your deposit. Terrible communication.

I would have to create a brand new set of beautiful words in order to properly explain the absolute delight it was to work with Haley, Rich and the rest of this wonderful team! They managed to do the impossible and made what should have been a stressful process as sweet and fun as possible. The attentiveness, respect and kindness on display never dipped below 100%. Don’t go near this builder. Horrible build Quality. Incompetent design center and sales staff. They are a bait and switch builder promising you one thing yet delivering you another with a take it or leave it attitude. Do your due diligence and RESEARCH ALL THE LAWSUITS against them before giving them a penny.

Ici built my new home and I have nothing but positive things to write about their process. Every step of the way to completion they worked with us on concerns and offered solutions to any snags that showed up. Don't mind the other reviews and actually read from someone who put their money down on the product
