We had an amazing experience with Millye Rivera at Dream Finders Homes in Lake Nona! From the moment we met her, she made us feel comfortable and confident in one of the biggest decisions of our lives—purchasing our dream home. Millye was incredibly knowledgeable, always responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk us through every step, answered all our questions with patience, and made sure we felt supported the whole way through. Horrible experience, the sales persons all the way up the chain are knowingly deceptive. The company leadership have no accountability and will not respond to you. The build quality is garbage and the upgrades are a joke. It is incredibly overpriced and in my opinion you are better off looking just about anywhere else or using a different builder. They are Craft homes/Dream Finders, would recommend doing business elsewhere.

Avoid Dream Finders/Craft Homes at all costs. Their poor craftsmanship and high prices are just the beginning. The construction managers and warranty team are disorganized and unresponsive, pushing you to close with numerous outstanding issues that they will never address. They delay endlessly and ultimately fail to resolve problems. Customer care is chaotic, with representatives lacking work ethic and professionalism. Despite paying for location and upgrades, you receive low-quality finishes. Communication is a nightmare; calls, emails, and texts go unanswered, and promises are broken. They use excuses like the house passing inspections, even though there isn't enough hot water for multiple household members to shower simultaneously in different bathrooms.This has been my worst experience

DO NOT BUILD WITH DREAMFINDERS! They will lie to you about so much. From close dates, to quality- they just want to make a sale. My house is delayed 3 month and they have been telling us all along that it would be done sooner. They don’t respond to phone calls or emails. They will tell you that they are going to connect you with the building manager and they never do. Find another builder.

By far the absolute worst customer experience! The sales team is decent and respectful, but once you sign on that dotted line, you are in for a treat! Guaranteed the absolute worst workmanship followed by a warranty department that cuts corners and takes their time to get the job done. Their employee turnover rate speaks for it self. If you are looking to build or buys a new home from Dream finders, be prepared! I am not even sure how this builder is able to continue building within Laurette park!
