I saw a little 1948 house for sale eight doors down the street from my new grandson's home. Six weeks later I had the keys and moved in! It would’ve happened even sooner if Thanksgiving and Christmas hadn’t happened in between!! I also got the sellers to come down to the price I was hoping for, and all of this is thanks to Laura! Laura is a cut above the rest. This is the second time we have used her while buying a home and the first time while selling. She's knowledgeable, punctual and always on top of things. She handles a lot "behind the scenes" so to speak and only loops you in when you really need to know something.
