Latitude at Richmond Hill

Sara is amazing! The apartment complex was having the parking lot repaved and needed help with moving cars from the area that was getting paved . She gave the tenants ample enough notice to move their vehicles, and if they didn't move them , Alltowing would move them at the owners expense. Thank you Sara for allowing us to assist you in getting the vehicles moved in order for the parking lot to be paved.

We love living here. We moved here from Michigan and since then we have been in this apartment building. They are very responsive to all our maintenance requests and complete them in timely manner.The office staff Sara and Kelli are great. We love residence activities they do for us and property is very clean and always maintained very well.

I really enjoyed living here. Community is quiet and well kept. Any work orders get happened in a very timely manner. The office staff members are friendly and always super helpful. Ms. Kelli helped me so much when I moved to the community, she always responded fast and made sure I knew everything that was needed. I ended up deploying and enjoyed living here so much that I moved back a second time. The community is pet friendly and they even made my dogs feel welcome as well.

My experience with Latitude at Richmond Hill has been remarkable! The apartments are lovely, the amenities are wonderful, and the staff are outstanding! Kelli and Sara are the most caring individuals I’ve ever dealt with regarding housing and you can tell they truly care! Our maintenance man Mr. Felix is hard working and kind as well! They are all greatly appreciated and make living here worthwhile!

This is a wonderful community for me and my family. We love the roomy pet friendly apartment. The neighbors are nice as well. I also appreciate the food trucks and events that Ms. Kelli and Ms. Sara regularly have for us. They are truly the best and are always going above and beyond for us residents!
