Honestly the fastest, smoothest, application and move in process I’ve had in the 10 years of renting in Austin! Angela was my leasing agent and she knocked it out the park with her customer service! I have worked by for two years and property looks great! Quiet, nice amenities and the pool is lovely! Response from Fadi (Current Tenant) to Mike’s from a previous review : I’ve lived in this community for a couple of years, and I can confidently say Mike’s review is completely false. The pool issue he mentioned wasn’t due to laziness — the pump broke, and the delay came from the outside company responsible for fixing it. Management acted quickly, and the pool was repaired within a week. I previously lived at The Allure, just five minutes away, and when their pool went down, it stayed closed for months — not days. That’s the difference in how well this management takes care of us. Lived at Latitude for 5 years they switched management twice and it went down hill each time they did. The office is completely useless lazy people that refuse to do anything. They’ll lie and give you excuse anytime you need anything. Oh gym wipes are out “oh they’re on order” “oh we don’t have key to janitor closet” the manger of the property doesn’t have keys? I dreaded ever having to ask them anything. Oh and now enjoy the add on fees of Favor delivery service and slow spectrum package you must buy. Not to mention the constant billing issues. We moved into an apartment by the pool after one of their employees leased the apartment we toured and were about to sign…we were lied about availability and only finding out, when we see the employee moving into the apartment. I’ve lived here for 4 years, and it’s been a steady downhill slide. This property has been through 4 different management companies in that time, which tells you everything you need to know about how this place is run.If you look at their website, there are dozens of units available, and they’ve dropped the prices significantly to try and fill them. Don’t let the lower price fool you; there’s a reason so many people are leaving. ​The staff is incredibly unprofessional. Unacceptable handling of a life-safety issue. I had a malfunctioning smoke detector in my bedroom that chirped loudly every 30 seconds and flashed red, indicating a fault or end-of-life condition. This is a life-safety device in a sleeping area, and I could not access it due to 12-foot+ ceilings. Maintenance and placement are the property’s responsibility. I contacted both general maintenance and the after-hours emergency line many times on Saturday, leaving voicemails. When I finally reached a human, I had to argue that this was an emergency.
